1. | Open back support and lay flat. |
2. | Note: optional metal stays may be removed at this time from back panel if needed or to launder product. |
3. | Grasp side of support, making sure stay openings are facing upward and center on small of back. |
4. | Pull left side firmly across abdominal region, repeat for right side and secure loop portion onto hook portion. |
5. | Thread strap through buckle and secure. |
6. | Adjust to desired tension level, making sure not to over tighten. |
