1. | Remove medial/lateral stays and open all straps. |
2. | Identify longer portion of brace and place forearm into unit, making sure elbow is seated firmly onto elbow pad. NOTE: elbow pad is removable if desired. |
3. | Grasp sides of shorter portion of brace and wrap around bicep area. Use small hook tab to assist in closure. NOTE: excess material may be trimmed at this time. |
4. | Grasp side of longer portion of brace and wrap around forearm area. Use small hook tab to assist in closures. NOTE: excess material may be trimmed at this time. |
5. | Place lateral 90 DEG stay assembly on brace, making sure stay falls at midline of arm. |
6. | Place medial 90 DEG stay assembly on brace, making sure stay falls at midline of arm. |
7. | Beginning with most distal strap, wrap contact closure around arm and secure. Then continue distal to proximal to secure all four straps. |
8. | Adjust straps to desired tension level, using caution not to over tighten. |
