1. | With strap open, grasp contoured portion of sleeve and slide over forearm. |
2. | Make sure pad is placed over affected area of forearm. |
3. | Pull strap through buckle and pull back onto itself to fasten hook and loop closure. |
4. | Adjust to desired tension or comfort level. |
