1. | Release hook and loop closure. |
2. | Grasp back support and center on small of back, making sure widest part of contoured pressure pad is at top. |
3. | Pull ends of support toward front of body and secure hook and loop. |
4. | Grasp side pull straps, pull firmly and attach to the side for desired tension and support. |
