|1.||Place affected arm inside sling, making sure elbow is in sling as far back as possible.|
|2.||Thread strap through buckle.|
|3.||Adjust strap so elbow is at a 90-degree angle.|
|4.||Attach swathe to hook on front of sling and wrap around body over affected arm and secure.|
