1.	Place affected thumb in opening, making sure smaller seam is on inside of thumb.
2.	Grasp short portion of wrap and pull around wrist.
3.	Grasp longer portion of wrap, pull around opposite side of wrist and attach hook closure.
4.	Adjust to desired tension of comfort level.
NOTE:	Plastic and metal stays are located in pocket with tab on outside of thumb and one or both may be removed if desired.
