1.	Observe warnings and instructions for use of gel packs.
2.	Place one gel pack at a time into pocket and secure in pocket.
3.	Slide hand into product, place thumb through thumb hole.
4.	Wrap the two stretchable straps around the product, thread through the buckles and secured to desired comfort level.
