1.	Observe warnings and instructions for use of gel packs.
2.	Place one gel pack at a time into pocket and secure in pocket.
3.	Locate top of wrap, slide arm through mesh supports, placing gel packs over affected area.
4.	Working from bottom to top, wrap around and secure to desired comfort level.
