1.	Observe warnings and instructions for use of gel packs.
2.	Place one gel pack at a time into each pocket and secure in pocket.
3.	Place heel in opening, ensuring label is at top of wrap.
4.	Working from bottom to top, secure straps.
5.	Grasp both 2" stretchable straps, cross over in front, pull to rear and attach for a comfortable fit.
