1.	Open up immobilizer, release all hook and loop closures, remove and set aside humeral cuff and long shoulder strap.
2.	Grasp widest portion of immobilizer, wrap around waist and secure hook and loop closure, making sure padded wrist/forearm cuff is in front of body.
3.	Secure humeral cuff onto body of immobilizer just above elbow, place upper arm in cuff and secure.
4.	Open padded wrist/forearm cuff, place forearm in cuff and secure.
5.	Attach long shoulder strap to front portion of immobilizer, bring over unaffected shoulder and secure to back of immobilizer.
NOTE:	any excess material may be trimmed if desired.
