|1.||Lay back support flat, locate top of support.|
|2.||Grasp back support and center in small of back. Support should rest over waist line at the top of your pants.|
|3.||If applicable, raise suspenders to shoulders and adjust to your height by sliding the buckle-(suspenders are removable).|
|4.||Detach left and right 4" double pull straps. Using left hand, attach left strap to patch on right side of belt. Finish by overlapping the double pull to the left side of belt and attaching to patch.|
